To position KORE effectively, I evaluated two direct competitors in India's lifestyle and streetwear sneaker category:

1. Comet (wearcomet.com)

Bold, futuristic sneaker styles with clean, minimalist UI

  • Strong emphasis on visual storytelling

  • Distinctive brand voice

  • Simple navigation and mobile-first layouts

2. Gully Labs (gullylabs.com)

Street culture meets fashion with expressive product imagery

Shopify Implementation

Led a comprehensive design-to-development handoff with Figma style guides and detailed interaction notes. Implemented the UI/UX on Shopify and collaborated closely with the development team to preserve the original visual intent. Following a three-month cycle of feedback and iterative refinement, launched the first live version of the website.
